This policy covers mobile phone numbers collected by Ativv for order text updates, a program we call Ativv Order Alerts. It sits alongside our general Privacy Policy and governs text messaging specifically.

What we collect. Your mobile phone number, a record that you agreed to receive texts and when you agreed, and a log of the messages we send you about your orders.

How we use it. Only to send you updates about orders you have placed with Ativv: when a design is ready for you to review, when a proof is approved, and when an order ships. We also use it to reply if you text us a question. We do not send sales or promotional messages to this number.

Who we share it with. We use a messaging provider to deliver these texts, and your mobile carrier delivers them to your phone. The companies that host and back up our systems hold your number as part of Ativv's records. No one else receives it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it. We keep your number with your other contact details until you ask us to remove it. We keep the record of your consent, and of any opt-out, for longer, because we may need to show that we had permission to text you.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You can also email hello@ativv.com or tell any Ativv staff member, and we will stop texting it. Opting out of texts does not affect your order; we will contact you by email instead. To start again, reply START to any of our messages.
