Program. Ativv Order Alerts.

What we send. Ativv sends text updates about orders you have placed with us: when your design is ready to review, when your proof is approved, and when your order ships. We also reply to questions you text us. This program does not send sales or promotional messages.

How you join. You can ask any Ativv staff member to add your mobile number, in person or on the phone. We will read you a short summary of this program first and add your number only if you say yes. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of placing an order or of any purchase. Once your number is added, the first message you receive is a confirmation.

How often. Message frequency varies by order, typically four to eight messages per order.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Ativv does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

To stop. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can rejoin at any time by replying START to any of our messages.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

Eligibility. US mobile numbers only. You must be the subscriber or the authorized user of the number you give us.

Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, with its effective date at the top.
